📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended — but we'll always keep you informed.
Shipping Charges Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Free Shipping
- Wholesale Orders: Free shipping on orders above 25 kg
- Retail Orders: Free shipping on orders above 5 kg
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Delays & Support If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@dehylicious.com. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
International Shipping We proudly serve customers worldwide! Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are not included in product or shipping costs, and delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
At Dehylicious, we want you to love every product you receive. In the rare event something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns You can request a return if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional discounts

- Photos of the product (mandatory)
Refund Policy Refunds are offered if:
- The product is out of stock for more than 5 working days after purchase
- Eligible returned items pass inspection upon receipt
Refund Method Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product.
Return Shipping Costs
